Fly && Flashy of the Week
Once again I have missed Fly && Flashy Friday. What can I say, darn it, I am trying! But the Fly && Flashy does not stop because I missed Friday. And this week the young Diggy Simmons is bringing the mad swag!!!!
On or of the screen, this young dude stay fresh to death. I am sure you know Diggy from MTV's "Run's House."
You can usually catch Diggy rocking the newest Billionaire's Boy Club clothing, which seems to be his favorite urban wear. He also likes to mix it up with some Louis V. every once and a while. And did I mention, his sneaker game is ridiculous. I'm secretly jealous! lol, no forreal!

The First Night as the First Daughters. . .
So what did our favorite new celeb kids do while their parents were away at the Inauguration Balls?
The girls and their friends started the evening by participating in scavenger hunt that took them all around the White House. That was followed up by the girls watching not one, but two Disney Movies in the White House Theatre. They watched, "High School Musical 3" and "Bolt". (If you don't understand how big this is, here's a hint. NEITHER MOVIE IS EVEN ON DVD YET.) And if that were not enough our little princesses, literally, opened a door in the White House to find none other than the Jonas Brothers themselves. How's that for a welcome home present?

So, the newest young starz, Malia and Sasha Obama were spotted today at the Lincoln Memorial Event commemorating MLK Day!
Precious! You can catch this event tonight on HBO and see the likes of Beyonce and John Legend perform!!!!
These girl are fierce. Am I the only one too excited to see how they grow up in the White House? This is going to be a very entertaining 4 years, if nothing else. I mean, little children in the White House, it looks like a museum, I would so not be able to sleep up in there! Anyway, back to the utter cuteness that is the Obama Girls!!!

Ming and Aoki Lee Simmons set to get a new baby brother. . . or sister?!?
Us Weekly is reporting that Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou are indeed expecting their first child together! This must be exciting for little Ming and Aoki! Even though after watching their hit Bravo TV Show, "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane" I think it is gonna take some major adjustments for these little princesses of hip hop to scoot over for baby!!!!! Its gonna be fun to watch, Don't you think?

ReDefining the WEB!
So, honestly, for the last two days I have been going back and forth in my head over the vision I have for this blog. I have finally came to a decision. The YoungStarz Blog (YSB) will focus on Young Singers, Rappers, Actors, etc. of Color. The ones that may or may not get the coverage they deserve as artists in their fields.
This blog may become very popular, it may not. but at least I covered what I wanted to cover. I am sure if I wrote about the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus all day, I would pick up a lot more readers. But I am willing to put in the dedication needed to make this blog a success and show our Young African Americans that there are people like them on television doing positive things.
I hope readers fall in love with this vision just like I have. I am only 22 years old myself, so I hope to be relatable to the demographic I am wishing to attract. I am new to this!
